Corner Storage has been a general partner in over $52 million worth of storage acquisition & development deals, encompassing 3,500+ units / 400,000+ rentable SF / 9 locations across 5 states.

Prior to Corner Storage, Perry Solem spent several years as an investment associate at Preferred Apartment Communities (NYSE:APTS) a multibillion-dollar publicly traded REIT, where he originated construction loans ranging in size from $10mn to $100+ mn for over a billion dollars worth of projects in such locations as California, Pennsylvania, and Florida. 

Prior to PAC, Perry worked for Lincoln Property Company-Residential, the 2nd-largest manager of apartments in the US.

Perry has a BS from Cornell University.
